I regret to announce the death of our Ex Commodore Will Armour, who was always a great supporter of the Yare Sailing Club and its members. Despite suffering a great deal of pain recently he kept his positive and cheerful nature. The funeral was held at Earlham Crematorium on Monday 11 July,
where many people wore Willís favourite colour, red.† Afterwards, there
was a gathering at the Oaklands Hotel in Thorpe, with entertainment provided by
a jazz trio.
